Born in Singapore, Fazida Binte Abdul Razak received her undergraduate degree at the International Islamic University, Malaysia www.iiu.edu.my in Economics and did postgraduate work in Library and Information Sciences. A devote Muslim, her fields of interests include world religions and social service. Fazida is a trained journalist contributing articles in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
Mrs. Razak began her Religious Youth Service (RYS) activities as a participant in Poland, 1990.
During her RYS career she has served as spokes person, educator, coordinator and Southeast Asia regional director. She is now a part of the Global Management Team.
Fazida is happily married to her husband, Soni. They have two children.
